Ingredients Stuffed Meatballs |
1lbs Ground Beef | |
2 Tbsp "It'sa Me" Seasoning | |
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs | |
1 Eggs | |
1 tbsp Milk | |
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce | |
1 tsp Salt | |
1 Shallot (Finely Diced) | |
Cheese (For stuffing meatballs) |

Step 1

For the Stuffed Meatballs: In a mixing bowl add 1lbs Ground Beef, 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, 1 Egg, 2 Tbsp "It's Me" Seasoning, 1 Tbsp Milk and 1 tsp Worcestershire, 1 tsp salt and finely diced Shallot. Blend the mixture together and then place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Start making the sauce while you wait for the flavors to meld.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Cooking the Meatballs: Once the hamburger mixture has chilled in the fridge is take it out. Cut cheese into cubes or balls then use the meat to form balls around the cheese. Let these meatballs get to room temperature.
Step 4
- Place meatballs in the oven and cook for 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes
Step 5
- At this point cook pasta noodles.
Step 6
- Plate food.
