SBE Red Pasta Sauce |
1/2 Onion (Diced) | |
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Diced) | |
4 oz Mushrooms (Diced) | |
2 Tbsp "It's Me" Seasoning | |
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced) | |
1/4 Cup Beef Broth | |
1/4 cup Dry Red Wine | |
1 (28oz) Can Crushed Tomato | |
1 (12oz) Can Tomato Sauce | |
1 (6oz) Can Tomato Paste | |
6 Anchovy Filets | |
1 Bay leaf |

Step 1
- Add 2tbsp of butter to a large sauce pan. Add onion, bell pepper, mushroom, garlic, anchovies and bay leaf. Sauté until the onions are transparent.
Step 2
- Once the onions are transparent add 1/4cup red wine 1/4cup beef broth and bring to a boil.
Step 3

Once boiling. Reduce the heat to a simmer and add:
2Tbsp "It'sa Me" seasoning
28oz can Crushed Tomato
12oz can Tomato Sauce
6oz can Tomato PasteCover and Simmer for 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
