SBE The Jerk Sauce

 Ingredients Sauce
2 Tbsp the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
6 oz Dark Beer
3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 Thumb Sliced Ginger
2 Cloves Sliced Garlic
1 Sliced Green Onion

 

 

Step 1

  • In a sauce pan over medium high heat mix 6oz dark beer, 2 Tbsp "The Jamaican Jerk", 1 thumb sliced ginger, 2 cloves sliced garlic, 1 sliced green onion, 1/4  cup Molasses and 1/4 cup Soy Sauce. Stir and bring to a boil.  Once boiling reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce becomes slightly thick.  Stirring Often.

Step 2

  • Allow sauce to cool and then put in the refrigerator.

  • That's it.  You're done
