SBE Hummas Pepperoncini Panini
Bread - 2 slices per sandwich
Red Onion - Sliced Thin
Tomato - Sliced Thin
Kalamata Olives
Feta Cheese
Provolone Slices (2 Per Sandwich) 
Pepperoncini - Sliced Thin
Butter
Hummas - for dipping

Step 1

  • This is basically a grilled cheese sandwich.  So heat up a skillet and throw a little butter in it.

Step 2

  • Assemble the sandwich.  Slice of Bread, Provolone Slice, Pepperoncini, Kalamata Olives, Tomato, Onion, Feta, Second Provolone Slice then bread.

Step 3

  •  Throw that bad boy on the skillet and cook for 2.5 minutes per side, or until toasty brown.

Step 4

  •  Dip sandwich into some hummus, hot hummus is bizarre to me that's why its not on there, and devour.
